Please read the following information before submitting your New Customer Application:

Please Note:

  • Blue Mountain Distributors is unable to onboard any customer who is ONLY seeking to purchase milk/dairy.  Labor, storage, and handling cost restraints simply make this a non-viable business practice.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we must adhere to a strict policy of no milk/dairy only customers.

  • All orders are COD or Net 7 when using our Wholesail platform.

  • Customers wanting terms will need to be approved. Please request a credit application from your sales rep.

  • After you fill out this form, please wait to hear back from one of our sales representatives to confirm that you are in our delivery area and will become a new customer.

  • Once you are an established customer, if needed, get with your sales rep for the full catalog with pricing.

  • Your order minimum will be based on the zone in which your place of business is located. Your Sales Representative will assign you to a zone once you are established. See the order minimums listed below.

  • Those unable to meet their order minimum will be charged a 10% delivery fee.

These zones are based around our warehouse locations in Spartanburg, SC (Zones A-D) and Highpoint, NC (Zones 1-5):

Zone B: $500
Zone C: $750
Zone D: $1,000 (TBD)
